One of our specialties is NDI network troubleshooting. Issues like stuttering, sources not appearing and other misbehaviour can be caused by many things and finding the root cause can be challenging.

Over the years we have helped a lot of companies, small and large, to pinpoint the cause of their NDI problems and helped fix them.

• Free kick-off meeting to gain basic knowledge of your set-up, discuss the NDI problems you are facing and learning what you already tried to fix them
• In-Depth resarch into your NDI Network, performing stress tests and analyzing your devices, firmwares, network topology, swich configs, bandwith usage, NDI versions and other information which will help us pinpoint the possible causes of the NDI problems.
• Based on our findings we will work out a detailed plan informing you of the issues we found and propose a list of actions to fix them.
• Optional lab- and proof of concept testing to ensure the proposed actions will lead to the desired solution.
• Execute our plan to get your NDI network back in a stable and reliable state. If needed we will coordinate with IT departments and external vendors and manufacturers to make this happen.
• Aftercare and proactive monitoring: by this point we have a deep understanding of your NDI infrastructure and can easily provide guidance when you plan changes or upgrades, ensuring they will not break your NDI network again.
